The Junior League of Asheville is a volunteer, non-profit women’s organization that has been serving the Asheville area and surrounding communities since 1925. We are part of a larger organization, the Association of Junior Leagues of International Inc., which includes 295 Leagues throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. The Association of Junior Leagues International consists of approximately 160,000 women around the world, all striving for positive change in their communities.

Mission Statement

The Junior League of Asheville, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving our community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
